Qualifications youll bring:

• Twoor moreyears inacustomer service or sales environmentwith some experience inthehealth careindustry such as ahospital medical officeorhealth insurancecompany
• The ability to speak more than one language (for example English and Spanish)
• An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Must have a valid drivers license
• The availability to work fulltime virtual with some travel including nights and weekend hours required

Your key responsibilities:

• Spearhead our membership growth initiatives in crucial target areasbyidentifyingeligible individuals and seamlessly enrolling them in a variety of plans including Medicaid Child Health Plus Essential Plan Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) HARP OffExchange Medicare Advantage (MA) products and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP).
• Conduct both individual and group outreach activitiesto present our innovative health care solutions on and offsite at various eventsfrom health fairs and community expos to festivals and holidaythemed gatheringsensuring MVPs presence is both seen and felt. Your collaborative efforts alongside our Field Marketing and Community Engagement Representatives will be pivotal in driving growth and visibility in assigned territories.

• Foster positive relationshipswith communitybased organizations medical provider partners and community contacts to develop a robust network within your territory.

• Generate track and convert qualified leadsand referrals into MVP customers.

• Lead two monthly eventsthat highlight our progressive health solutions directly to the communities we serve strengthening ties and enhancing our brands impact.

• Navigate the local landscape with required travel embracing the opportunity to bring MVPs customercentric philosophy to life across our footprint.

• Participate in necessary screenings and provide proof of immunizationas part of our commitment to community wellbeing.

• Demonstrate the dynamic capabilityto transport up to 30 lbs. of promotional materials which play a key role in educating and empowering our customers about their health care choices.

• Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilitiesthat may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing health care delivery and being the difference for the customer.

Where youll be:

• Remote with local daily travel in Westchester County
