Job Description
- Analyse existing systems to identify gaps inefficiencies and areas for improvement and recommend enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and functionality
- Conduct and oversee testing activities including unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the alignment of implementation solutions with business requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation including user manuals technical guides and system documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and user support
- Oversee the change management process by conceptualizing suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes
Education:
- Degree in Informatics Industrial Engineer or related
- 3 5 years experience in process and business analysis systems analysis design or related
- Experience with UML data modelling and process mapping
- Some project management experience
- Must have experience with SQL (SQL Queries)
