Job Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for using data analytics and system knowledge to assess processes determine requirements and deliver recommendations and reports to stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyse existing systems to identify gaps inefficiencies and areas for improvement and recommend enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and functionality
  • Conduct and oversee testing activities including unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the alignment of implementation solutions with business requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation including user manuals technical guides and system documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and user support
  • Oversee the change management process by conceptualizing suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes

Education:
  • Degree in Informatics Industrial Engineer or related
  • 3 5 years experience in process and business analysis systems analysis design or related
  • Experience with UML data modelling and process mapping
  • Some project management experience
  • Must have experience with SQL (SQL Queries)
