Job Description
Reports to: Activities Director
Full Wage Range: $17.25$22.19 DOE and Seniority
Part time
Summary of Essential Duties:
lead fun and engaging activities for individuals and groups.
Foster meaningful connections between residents families and the community.
Assist in developing a monthly activity calendar and tracking attendance.
Support residents with hobbies crafts reading and other selfinitiated activities.
Help arrange transportation for resident outings and appointments.
Provide companionship and encouragement to ensure all residents feel included.
Keep activity spaces clean organized and welcoming.
What Were Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 year in a longterm care facility (preferred but not required).
Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and ability to work with diverse groups.
Certification: Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
