Your tasks will be:
Manage job postings and applications
Attract candidates while utilizing various sourcing channels and methodology
Effectively utilize internal databases and job boards to engage new candidates
Develop a network among potential candidates
Actively contribute to shaping and further development of our newly established People Acquisition Campus (PAC) with best practice sharing of other PAC countries within Bosch to create a good candidate experience before during and after the application
Qualifications :
Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
Experience: 13 years of experience in HR Services Administration or comparable support areas
Personality: Openminded selforganized proactive advanced stakeholder management skills
Languages: Fluent German (C1 and English (B2 language skills
