Job Description
- Outbound lead qualification & registration
- Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Handling all customer interaction in a prompt friendly and professional manner
- Understanding the customer requirements ability to gve product advice
- Advising customers on the best services available
- Build rapport with the customers
- Capture maintain and ensure quality of customer data.
- Contributing to the overall performance of the team
- Deliver and maintain both individual and team targets
Qualifications :
- Experience of the automotive industry ideally related to parts products and product catalogues
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
- Proven record of providing internal and external customer service
- Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
- Team Player
- Technically savvy a good understanding of the internet and smart phones and applications would be an advantage
- IT literate and good PC skills
- The commitment to work towards individual and team goals
