Maintenance Electrician
Permanent Full Time
Salary 35955 including callout plus vehicle travel paid door to door and package
Blackpool/Macclesfield/Bolton
We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician. You will be working in various commercial premises including retail.
Role:
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works in accordance with contractual KPIs
- Undertake refurbishment & installation works of all aspects of electrical services including electrical switchgear distribution boards mains and submains cabling containment lighting and other electrical equipment.
- Advise the store manager of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the running of the store.
- Carry out minor alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications.
- Work with company and colleagues to ensure laiddown standards of quality are maintained at all times
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations HSE management systems procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all direct reports are adequately trained and follow safe systems of work;
- Attend training courses as and where necessary to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments.
Person:
- You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent 17th or 18th edition
- You will have electrical maintenance experience on commercial sites
- You will live in the region and happy with travel throughout the region and further when needed
- You must have a full uk driving licence
- Good IT skills
Package:
- Base salary of 35955 inclusive of callout
- Call outs 1 in 5
