Job Summary:
As a Business Sales Consultant at Cellcom youll be responsible for prospecting qualifying and selling our range of products and services to both businesses and individuals. Additionally youll provide training on equipment and services retain existing accounts and establish a strong sales presence within your assigned market through active participation in various events.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Prospect qualify and acquire new wireless business consumer and business employee accounts.
Demonstrate and sell Cellcom products and services primarily through inperson interactions.
Achieve individual prospecting goals and business sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Develop relationships with assigned business accounts to upsell additional services and products.
Provide exceptional onsite customer service ensuring regular satisfaction checkins with key customers.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent professional work experience with at least two years of B2B sales or wireless retail sales experience.
Valid drivers license is mandatory for the role.
Proficient in sales negotiation and presentation skills with a strong ability to prospect.
Excellent interpersonal customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively with decision makers at various business sizes and prioritize tasks to meet sales objectives.
