Position:Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)
Location: Tampa Florida

About the Role:
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Tech Operations team. This position will support our Windows and Linux systems networking and client applications in our rapidly expanding environments consisting of data centers clouds and office locations. This role will support our systems and infrastructure spanning across all environments along with working on various improvement initiatives and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
FIA Techs Infrastructure Engineers are subject matter experts and the frontline support maintenance and designers of our systems infrastructure networks and users.
The successful candidate should have 5 years of technical support systems engineering and networking experience.

- Indepth knowledge of AWS infrastructure in a large organization model across multiple regions
- Manage distributed Active Directory infrastructure in a multiForest environment.
- Advanced Linux and Windows support and management.
- Storage Infrastructure design and management in a mirrored across multiple regions. (SAN NAS)
- Client facing connectivity onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Indepth knowledge of firewall management and deployment (Palo Alto Cisco or Fortinet etc).
- Working knowledge of modern networking infrastructure fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS BGP NAT etc).
- Design and support of multiregion AWS Workspaces for end user access and connectivity.
- Deep understanding and experience of scripting languages (batch PowerShell etc..
- Productivity and process improvements by scripting and automation.
- Ability to communicate both crossdepartment and well as customer facing.
- Experience with Jira Confluence Zendesk LucidChart for ticket tracking documentation and client communications.
- High level of expertise in Excel for efficient reporting and tracking of project related activities
- Provide end user and client support and participate in Oncall shifts.
- Design implement and maintain infrastructure to support business applications.
- Monitor identify and remediate network and systems issues
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Certifications a Plus: AWS Palo Alto Cisco Microsoft
