As a Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative youll be essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This role provides the ideal mix of independent responsibilities and teamwork within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Accurately input update and maintain data across various platforms and systems
- Verify and review data to ensure its integrity and consistency
- Assist with generating reports and preparing data for analysis
- Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries via phone email or chat providing timely and professional responses
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and a solutionsfocused approach
- Provide information about products services and company policies
- Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
