The Hours

You must be available5 days a week Monday to Friday.
The roles hours are within9:15am to 4:15pm Monday to Thursday and 9:15am to 5:15pm Friday.

In this role you will

  • Support our Perth Southern Suburbbranches by being the first point of contact for our customers
  • Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless consistent and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
  • Assist our customers with account opening unsecured Lending and banking transactions
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (selfservice and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple easy and secure
  • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
