Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements: Matric with relevant qualifications 4 6 Years experience in financials and administration Excellent Financial administration and financial experience Computer literate
Responsibilities: Writing journals Invoicing debtors and creditors Compile financial statements of various entities. Record loan transactions and reconcile them. Compile management statements. Reconciliation of debtors and creditors. Salaries and wages. Processing and reconciling of bank accounts. Process monthend transactions and journals. Posting of monthly payroll journals. Maintain and reconcile fixed asset register Responsible for all electronic payments. Reconciliation of petty cash. Assists with yearly audits. Invoicing preperation
