Job Summary:
The Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial direction of the company. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data creating financial models and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to the companys financial planning efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying trends forecasting performance and advising on financial best practices. With a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset you will help shape the financial future of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis
Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support decision making
Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities
Monitor and report on financial performance
Prepare financial models and forecasts
Analyze market trends and competitor data
Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor and analyze budget variances
Identify and recommend cost saving measures
Participate in the development of long term financial plans
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management

Financial Reporting
Prepare and distribute monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for variances
Communicate financial results to stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of regulatory and compliance reports

Data Management and Analysis
Gather organize and maintain financial data
Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns
Develop and maintain financial databases and systems
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Train and assist team members on financial data management and analysis

Cross Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives
Participate in cross functional projects and provide financial expertise
Represent the finance team in meetings and discussions with other departments

Compliance and Audit
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Participate in internal and external audits
Identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.
Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes and assess risk.
Knowledge of financial software and systems such as Excel
Ability to clearly present financial information and make recommendations to stakeholders.
Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications like the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
