Overnight Caregiver needed fora memory care client requiring Hands On support Premium Pay
Preferred Care at Home islooking for a caring dependable and skilled individuals to join our team for a memory care client requiring overnight support located in the Charlotte VT. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy making a positive difference in peoples lives we want to hear from you! Immediate assignments are available for part time or full time shifts! 32 hours/week currently available Thursday through Sunday.
Compensation and Benefits:
Flexible Working Hours
Compensation: $35/hr
Responsibilities:
Help with general light housekeeping including cooking meals
- Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers nurses doctors and family members
Observe and report on each clients condition
Stay uptodate with home health aide training policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a caregiver LNA CNA or in a care facility is required
- Access to reliable transportation
Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification preferred but not required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide references
Ability to think and work both independently and with direction
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
Knowledge of basic housekeeping
We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate and reliable.No formal training is required.Helpful certifications include: LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) HHA (Home Health Aide) Care Aides Nursing Students PCA (Personal Care Aide) Companion and Homemaker services.
