Minimum Requirements

Duties
- Oversee and manage all premium event catering operations ensuring seamless and outstanding food quality
- Conceptualize and develop custom sophisticated menus tailored to discerning clients
- Uphold exceptional plating and presentation standards aligned with fine dining expectations
- Train and mentor a highperformance kitchen team to maintain culinary excellence
- Manage costs budgets and profitability while ensuring the highest quality ingredients are used
- Maintain strict health safety and hygiene protocols
- Build and sustain strong relationships with toptier suppliers to source the finest ingredients
