Smile you found us! Looking for a career change in 2025 Come find out what makes Peak THE PLACE to work and live. Peak is looking for a few ROCKSTAR Leasing Professionals to join our team at our beautiful 1100 unit property Ramblewood Apartments located in Grand Rapids Michigan.
- Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
- Must have leasing experience including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customers need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking giving tours and meeting with potential tenants.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
