Were looking for a Marketing Administration Assistant to join us at Huon Aquaculture someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and loves a wellordered spreadsheet.
This role is perfect for an admin superstar who wants to work in a fastpaced values driven environment where your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a real impact.
What youll be doing:
- Providing highquality administrative support to our marketing and sales teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure all documents are accurate up to date and aligned with Huons branding.
- Manage invoicing purchases orders and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless processing.
- Track and report on the Fresher Rewards program and support CRMdriven activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver our B2B customer loyalty program.
- Respond to enquiries promptly delivering efficient and customer focused solutions.
- Coordinate farm tour bookings and catering to ensure smooth memorable events.
Who you are:
- Strong admin experience ideally within a marketing comms or creative team.
- Highly organised and reliable with next level attention to detail.
- Great with systems spreadsheets and digital tools youll keep things flowing.
- A calm multitasker who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys bringing order to the chaos.
- A curiosity for aquaculture and sustainability is a bonus.
