Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery Event Management CMDB and Orchestration
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance IT operations through automation and monitoring
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow ITOM architecture integrations and configurations
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver highimpact ITOM solutions
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM development
- Expertise in CMDB Discovery and Event Management
- Ability to configure and integrate ITOM modules with external tools
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh (relocation support provided)
