Role: Machine Operator
Working Shift Pattern:Monday Friday
Weekly Working Hours:40
Start Time: 05:30
End Time: 14:00

We are home to famous iconic brands including Maryland Foxs Jammie Dodger & Rocky to name just a few. We bake our incredible biscuits at eight bakeries across the UK located at Ilse of Arran Livingston Blackpool Llantarnam Edinburgh Kirkham Batley & Dorset. We also have offices for our supporting services in St Albans Liverpool and Moreton. Together we employ circa 4000 amazing employees across all our locations.

What does your typical day look like
- Operation of biscuit manufacturing equipment
- Completion of process control checks and documentation
- Liaison with other team members
- Maintenance of hygiene and housekeeping standards and clean as you go procedures
- Maintenance of Health and Safety standards
What are the key ingredients needed for the role
- Applicants need to be numerate/ literate/ flexible/good problem solving abilities/ ability to work with minimum supervision/and use own initiative
- Communication skills
- Experience of operating equipment
- Experience of completing process control documentation
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Previous experience of process area desirable
- Awareness of health and safety and food safety/hygiene requirements
