Job Description

Overview

Kleinert Kutz is currently seeking a Full Time 1st shiftOccupational Therapist to join our therapy department. The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about delivering quality care to patients with conditions or injury to the upper extremity. Experience with advanced treatment and orthotic fabrication in hand setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  • Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
  • Certification in Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice in Kentucky and Indiana
  • Prefered qualification Certified Hand Therapist or someone who has significant hand experience
    • preferred experience with Orthotic Fabrication
