An experienced Commercial Property Manager is now sought to join this highly respected Property Consultancy in the North East.
With a varied and interesting portfolio of commercial property spread across the North East this is an interesting role for someone who enjoys working on a wide range of property types.

The Role
- Dealing with all aspects of Property Management across the companies varied commercial portfolio including maintenance both planned and scheduled / cyclical
- Work closely with both the landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction at all times
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders including suppliers and contractors
- Processing invoices and being involved with credit control
- Liaising with all parties concerning Service Charges and Business Rates
The Person
- Be an experienced Commercial Property Manager
- Ideally be RICS qualified but this is not essential
- Be highly organised disciplined and capable of prioritising at all times
- Possess a good understanding and working knowledge of Business Rates but this is not essential
- Hold a full UK driving license with your own vehicle (mileage expenses will be paid)
