Job Description
We are seeking a Despatch Packing Assistant for an established engineering company in Verwood Dorset.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing and arranging shipping of components to customers maintaining stock levels and assisting in various departments.
Full training will be provided for this role.
Salary: Competitive rate: 13.00/hr
Hours: Mon Thurs 7:30am 4:30pm Fri 7:30am 12:30pm 39 hrs/week)
Responsibilities:
- Pack and arrange shipping of components to subcontractors and customers.
- Assist in ensuring all stock is recorded and stored.
- Maintain consumable stock levels.
- Maintain general area housekeeping.
- Assist in various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt and react appropriately to everchanging business priorities.
- Strong team player.
Daytoday:
The Despatch Packing Assistant will be responsible for packing and arranging shipments maintaining stock levels and assisting in various departments as needed.
