Create profitability in all retail operations to achieve the most financial growth possible
Assist with new store acquisitions and start ups
Assist with the creation and implementation of all company policies and procedures
Merchandise the stores to ensure optimum sales potential and inventory levels
Manage all retail staff to ensure all aspects of Our Standards are being met
Train all retail staff using the policies as stated in the Operations Manual
Establish Targets motivate staff track progress and inspire growth
Assist with marketing promotions and advertising
Handle all consumers issues that cannot be dealt with by other staff
Report all financial statements as required by the shareholders weekly/monthly
Sell all merchandise assist with all customer service as required
Provide competitor analysis and staff education on market trends
Organize / plan store events that increase sales and increase market share
Coordinate with Head Office and sales people regarding current promotions implement at store level and train staff as needed
