Work Schedule: Minimum 20hrs per week between the hours of 8am5pm

Desired Length of Employment: Summer/Ongoing

Pay Rate: $15/Hour

Job Description:

Job description: To provide front desk administrative assistance to Faculty Staff and Students of the Graduate School.

The purpose of the Graduate Student Employee is to provide general office assistance and support. Greet students and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information. Sufficient in Microsoft Outlook. Assist with various projects activities or tasks as needed.

General Qualifications:
Be responsible and dependable. Must report to work as scheduled and on time. Demonstrate a pleasant and willing attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintain high level of confidentiality. Courteous and helpful always to faculty staff and students. Ability to comply with University policies.
Students must be enrolled in a masters graduate program at Baylor University.
