Job Description

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our HCA employed network of providers in the Jacksonville FL area. This is an outpatient practice setting offering comprehensive primary and preventative care for the entire Candidates:Board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicineHave a current or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Florida not subject to any restrictions probationary terms or conditionsNo history of license to practice being revoked restricted or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdictionHave current unrestricted DEA registrationAbility to work a Monday Friday scheduleAbout Position: Practice comprised of family medicine / internal medicine physiciansProvides a full range of services caring for patients of all agesSupported by welltrained and experienced nurse practitionersOutpatient Only; Monday FridayCall is shared with members of the practiceIncentive/Benefits Package:Employment position through HCA Physician Services Group (PSG)Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision life short & longterm disability options 401k and morePTO and CME time / allowanceOccurrencebased malpractice
