Who: We have an exciting opportunity for a Shared Assistant to join our Actors department. This role is to be shared between two Actors Agents who have individual lists that you would be required to work across. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside these two offices and reporting to two Agents therefore highlevel organisational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a knack at multitasking are essential.
This is an entrylevel role which requires swift learning and will enable the right candidate to build a foundation within talent management. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills at all levels.
This is an officebased role 5 days P/W Monday Friday from 10am 6pm in our office in Soho. Following the successful completion of a 3month probation period the role will be a 4:1 model with one day a week working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a high volume of emails and calls
Organising auditions / meetings / client tapings
Script reading and character breakdowns on behalf of/alongside Agents/Clients
Client submissions via Spotlight and proactive pitches on emails/calls
Building client material putting together showreels
Ensuring client CVs are up to date
Visiting clients and potential clients in the theatre/screenings
Processing contracts issuing invoices and keeping track of monies
Providing full administrative support to the agents
Liaising with Clients Casting Directors Producers and Directors on a daily basis
Diary management for the office the agents and the clients
Key Qualities and Skills:
The ability to work well with other members of the department and team a team player
High level attention to detail and organisational skills (particularly diary management)
Trustworthy and accurate as will be dealing with highly confidential material
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Cando attitude and professional social skills
A passion for film television and theatre is essential
