Job Description
As a Direct Sales Consultant at Garage Kings Lehigh Valley you will play a pivotal role in helping homeowners transform their garages with highquality floor coatings storage solutions and garage doors. You will be responsible for meeting with potential customers in their homes assessing their needs and helping them reimagine their garage space to provide comfort functionality and aesthetic appeal.

New hires will participate in a thorough training program covering our products sales processes customer service techniques and the use of sales software and tools.
What Youll Do

Arrive at sales appointments fully prepared and on time taking ownership of appointments and demonstrating a strong commitment to converting sales leads into successful sales.
Utilize Ingage software selling tool to clearly convey product benefits.
Actively listen to and engage with a diverse customer base and adjust approach as necessary to meet their individual needs
Develop proficiency in assessing garage needs/upgrades recording accurate measurements and translating findings into a visual layout and detailed scope of work that aligns with customer expectations.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Garage Kings offerings.
Regularly communicate with homeowners and colleagues by phone and email to provide updates answer questions and address concerns. Ensure timely followups.
Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings (inperson and virtual) to provide updates share experiences and collaborate with team members to continually improve performance and knowledge.
Take part in training opportunities with an open mind and commitment to continuous improvement.

Work environment
In home sales demonstrations throughout the Lehigh Valley PA franchise territory.
Physical demands
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to sit stand and walk for long periods of time
Travel Requirements
Ability to drive to and from customer homes throughout the Lehigh Valley PA franchise territory is required
Reliable transportation
Preferred education and experience
Customer Service experience preferred
Previous Sales experience would be a bonus
Spanish/English proficiency a plus.
Eligibility requirements
Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required for attending sales appointments.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to pass a preemployment drug test.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
