Backend Developer (MidLevel Python/Go)
Base salary in the range of $100000 to $140000 plus equity. Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of professional experience in backend development with Python or Go. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location: 100 Remote

The Opportunity: Were looking for a MidLevel Backend Developer to join our team and help us craft the core of our platform. Youll design build and scale our backend systems. If youre passionate about writing clean efficient and welltested code and you thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment this is the perfect opportunity for you. What Youll Do:
Design develop and maintain highperformance backend services using Python or Go.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
Work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to optimize data storage and retrieval.
Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Contribute to system architecture and scalability discussions.
Write unit and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (if youre into that!.
Collaborate with frontend product and design teams.
Tackle challenging technical problems with creativity.
What You Bring:
2 years of professional experience in backend development with Python or Go.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
Experience with at least one relational database (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) or NoSQL database (e.g. MongoDB Redis).
Familiarity with API design (RESTful or GraphQL).
Experience with version control (e.g. Git).
A passion for clean welldocumented and testable code.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
Experience with message queues (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ).
Contributions to opensource projects.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g. pytest Go testing).
