Job Description
TASQ is looking for sales representatives for immediate onsite roles in Cebu City. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone so please keep your line open.
**Qualifications**
Applicants should provide comprehensive resumes that detail their accomplishments roles and responsibilities in previous jobs.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong history of top sales performance consistently exceeding sales targets and earning recognition or awards for excellence.
Strong sales abilities are essential including skills in relationship management negotiation and closing deals.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City with flexible schedules.
A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and connect with potential clients fostering longterm relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide support and direction to junior sales agents to enhance overall team performance.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics offering insights for improvement and employing best practices to achieve optimal results.
Work closely with other departments including Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company goals and effectively address client needs.
Mentor and train junior sales agents sharing best practices and delivering constructive feedback to assist them in achieving their professional goals.
