Your Role:
As a Client Support Advisor youll be working directly with customers to assist them with inquiries resolve issues and provide topnotch service. Youll be part of an energetic and professional team that supports a globally recognized brand.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engage with customers via phone chat and email
Assist with inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Record customer interactions in the system
Work with other teams to improve the customer experience
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service
What You Need to Succeed:
Fluency in Hungarian (written & spoken)
Good command of English
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to different situations
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM systems etc.
Teamoriented and customerfocused mindset
