About the Role:
We are currently seeking for a Dutch Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service ensuring user satisfaction and safety across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer support via chat and email only.
- Moderate online content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay up to date with company policies product updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English (B2 Minimum).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Techsavvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in customer service moderation or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta (relocation assistance provided).
