Job Description
Position: Quality Control Analyst
Duration: 1Year Contract (W2
Location: 3800 W. 143rd Street Cleveland OH 44111 USA
Schedule: 2nd shift weekends Thursday Sunday 12:00pm 10:30pm 4 10hr shifts)
Note: Hours and working days are nonnegotiable

Job Description
Perform analysis and tests of raw materials inprocess materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
Conducts incoming raw materials testing ensuring conformance to required specifications.
Records test results on batch tickets and in companys computer operating system.
Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests
Sets up adjusts verifies and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
Maintain housekeeping of the working place
Respect the Safety Health Environment and Quality Policy
Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
Support all Quality Control related One PPG initiatives
Required Competencies
Minimum of twoyear technical degree preferred (Quality Engineering or other sciences) or three or more years of related experience and/or training
Two 2 years analytical laboratory experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
