Job Description: Store Manager

Location: Mumbai Maharashtra India
Job Type: FullTime
Number of Openings: 15
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Manage and lead staff to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
- Implement effective strategies for customer service and problem resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales expenses and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop team training programs for staff and ensure ongoing development.
- Engage with customers fostering a welcoming and positive environment.
- Address customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Maximum 20 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
- Strong background in food service management is desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
