Our team is growing and we are looking for a motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our service department.
Position Overview:
As a Car Wash Attendant at MercedesBenz of Laguna Niguel you will play an essential role in ensuring that every vehicle leaving our dealership looks impeccable. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team focused on delivering toptier service. You will be responsible for the cleaning and preparation of customer and dealership vehicles ensuring that they meet our highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dry and detail vehicles using industrystandard techniques and tools.
Ensure all vehicles are clean polished and ready for customer delivery or dealership display.
Vacuum interiors clean windows and ensure every part of the vehicle is spotless.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and ensure high standards are met consistently.
Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash area equipment and tools.
Safely move and park customer vehicles on the dealership premises.
Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive client experience.
Assist service department as needed with vehicle pickup and dropoff.
Work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a car wash attendant or detailer is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Must have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
