JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Department of Campus Recreation is hiring for Student Managers within various work units within the department. A Student Manager is responsible for helping train schedule and evaluate instructors/staff within content area of expertise (e.g. Outdoor Adventures Aquatics Fitness and Wellness Competitive Sports Facilities and Operations Membership Tennis First Aid/CPR/AED). Student Managers may be assigned special projects specific to their assigned work units. First Aid/CPR/AED certification required. Positions are available yearround. Campus Recreation is a department within Student Affairs that provides fitness wellness and recreational programs to the campus community through the operation and administration of the new expanded and renovated 200000 sf Intramural Building the McCoy Natatorium the 700acre Stone Valley Outdoor Recreation Area a Tennis Center including six clay courts and four indoor courts the White Building Outdoor Adventures Aquatics Club Sports Fitness and Wellness Programs and Intramural Sports.

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security such as those concerning alcohol and drug use crime prevention the reporting of crimes sexual and other matters.
