Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair new and retrofit electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes
- Test systems for continuity voltage and resistance
- Mentor apprentices as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain clean organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Valid Maryland Journeyperson Electrician License
- 2 years of licensed electrician experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Proficient with tools meters and schematics
- Reliable detailoriented and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Experience with highend residential electrical work
- OSHA 10 or 30 certified
- Familiarity with smart home and automation systems
- Experience with panel upgrades and generator installs
