TITLE:Senior Manager HRBP
LOCATION:Warsaw Poland Onsite
(Responsibility for Poland and Denmark)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager HRBP will strategically lead HR initiatives for our operations in Poland and Denmark. Partnering deeply with regional and global HR teams this role will support alignment of HR strategies with business goals fostering an organizational culture conducive to high performance and innovation. As a senior consultant the role is pivotal in formulating and executing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and develop strategic HR business plans that align with organizational goals for Poland and Denmark.
Lead strategic workforce planning talent management and succession planning processes to ensure a robust talent pipeline and readiness for future business needs.
Design and oversee change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement enhancing business efficiencies.
Provide strategic oversight of employee and labor relations using datadriven insights to mitigate risk and promote a constructive labor environment.
Drive leadership development programs and initiatives that build managerial capabilities and foster a culture of high performance.
Ensure the effective deployment of global HR programs such as Performance Management Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion tailoring strategies to regional needs.
Oversee compliance with local employment laws and regulations and manage risk by establishing robust HR governance frameworks.
Influence and coordinate across functions and regions to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors employee representative bodies (e.g. works council) and legal entities in Poland and Denmark.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of strategic HR experience with least 3 years in a senior HR Business Partner capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning organizational development and employee engagement.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Poland and Denmark.
Experience in working successfully in a matrixed multinational company environment.
Experience in providing HR business partner support to multicounty environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive HR transformations.
Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related discipline.
Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRMSCP CIPD) are highly desirable.
Extensive experience working with Works Councils or unions.
Proven track record of leading largescale complex HR projects across multiple geographies.
Basic knowledge of Danish language is an advantage.
