Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As the Senior Manager of Travel and Events within our Global Supply Chain organization you will oversee and manage the companys corporate travel and events program on a global scale. You will implement policies negotiate vendor contracts and leverage technology to streamline travel operations across global markets. Additionally you will focus on expanding and implementing the travel program in new locations worldwide ensuring a seamless and scalable travel infrastructure that supports business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple organizations sites cultures and practices. You will report to the Sr Director Global Supply Chain.

You Make an Impact By:

  • Develop and implement a global corporate travel strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with travel service providers to ensure highquality service.

  • Analyze travel trends expenses and market conditions to optimize travel programs.

  • Negotiate contracts with airlines hotels car rental agencies and travel management companies (TMCs).

  • Establish and enforce travel policies that ensure compliance efficiency and costeffectiveness.

  • Work closely with security and HR teams to manage dutyofcare programs traveler safety and emergency response procedures.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Travel Management or a related field (Masters preferred).

  • 8 years of experience in corporate travel management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience with a global roll out expanding and implementing travel programs internationality.

  • Strong leadership project management communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Knowledge of travel industry trends regulations risk management dutyofcare programs and emergency response planning.
