The Park Avenue Diner is a 1960s style diner that is all about creating good memories with great good and great vibes! At Park Avenue Diner we look for great teammates who enjoy a fun work environment and heavily family oriented customer base. We are located less than a mile away from Louisiana Techs campus and right across the street from Railroad Park. The Park Ave Diner in Ruston LA is looking for a line cook to join our team. This is part time hours and does consist of weekend nights and weekend days.
We are located on 101 North Trenton Street. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter motivated and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up stations
- Stock inventory
Qualifications
- Cooking experience required
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
