Our Client a multinationalInvestment Bank is looking to hire aSupport Analyst Sales & Research
Description
As a member of our IT Production Support team you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our Sales & Research business systems. You will work closely with our Engineering teams troubleshooting issues ensuring smooth operation of our systems and providing user support for our sales and research applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for our applications and infrastructure for Sales & Research services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide user support for our Sales & Research applications addressing user queries andtroubleshooting application issues.
- Assist in maintaining and improving our processes.
- Work with Linux and Windows server environments.
Requirements
Experience & Educational / Professional Qualifications
- 24 years relevant experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or IT related area
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS.
- Advanced familiarity with Linux server environments.
- Basic knowledge of AWS infrastructure like EC2 S3 RDS LB etc.
- Basic understanding of networking principles.
- Familiarity with CICD environment & processes Integration using technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of GitOps principles.
- Understanding of CICD environment & processes.
- Familiarity with mitigating typical web vulnerabilities (XSS SQL injection etc).
- Experience or familiarity with modern IT practices such as DevOps Agile etc.
