Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children creating a nurturing and engaging environment that encourages learning through play creativity and exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes physical emotional intellectual and social growth.
- Teach foundational subjects like language basic math and art through interactive playbased learning methods.
- Create a positive structured classroom environment with effective behavior management strategies.
- Track and assess each childs progress adjusting teaching approaches to suit individual learning needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents providing updates on student development and addressing concerns.
- Ensure the classroom is safe organized and conducive to learning.
- Participate in school events meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education . or equivalent qualification.
- Montessori or Nursery Training Certificate is a plus.
- 23 years of experience in kindergarten or early childhood teaching.
- Strong communication creativity and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about fostering young childrens learning and development.
