BRAND NEW TOOL AND DIE FACILITY THAT IS TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED WITH CRANES TO LIFT DIES FROM PLACE TO PLACE. CLEAN AND QUIET ENCLOSED ENVIRONMENT WITH INDIVIDUAL WORKSPACE/BENCHES. EXCELLENT TEAM TO WORK ALONGSIDE.

What Youll Do
As a Tool and Die Maker youll be part of our team located in Elyria OH. Youll get to:

• Make tools and dies to specifications using tool steel and carbide and including grinding heattreating lapping and other tool making related operations.

• Set up and operate all equipment necessary to perform above functions.

• Fabricate jigs and fixtures and special tools such as: broaches radius tools drills cutters and Lapps.

• Hold close tolerances by using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.

• Assemble repair and rebuild tools dies and fixtures to specifications.

• Assist in maintenance repair work.
