Job Description

The BridgewaterRaynham Regional School District is hiring Group Leaders for our 2025 summer BASE Program at the George H. Mitchell Elementary School. Please see details below:

**Group Leader applicants should be individuals with college or previous BASE experience.

Responsibilities:

Helping campers with snacks and lunch as needed

Interact with campers assist them in activities encourage interactions between campers

Oversee and assist campers in activities such as arts & crafts sports gym computers

Supervise use of playground equipment outdoor water play including swimsuits and changing as needed

Ensure the safety of all campers help diffuse conflicts and find resolutions ask for assistant from other Group Leaders and Directors as needed

Job Type: parttime 19.5 hours per week)

Schedule: any 4 hour shift between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

**All scheduling will be communicated by the BASE Director after hire. Priority will be given to individuals with prior BRRSD BASE experience with consistent attendance.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Requirements/Preferences

Experience working with children between ages 512

CPR certification preferred but not required

Must have own transportation
