Project Manager / Subject Matter Expert
Onsite Location: McKinney Texas
Required:US Citizenship
W2 Hourly long term Contract to Hire
$100.00 $148.00 per hour based on experience and benefits package
Occasional travel required <10

Are you a PM highly experiencedmanaging DOD technical projects including schedule earned value management risk management We are looking for a Project manager experienced with Hardware development for DOD EVM and RCCA is required and holding a Engineering Degree is a must.
Qualifications Required
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Experience in managing technical projects including schedule and earned value management risk management customer interaction and briefing executive leadership.
- Experience on DoD programs associated with the development ofhardware/software and recurring sales) meeting financial technical and schedule objectives through management of risks and opportunities.
- Experience in root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis.
- Strong and effective oral and written communications and a demonstrated ability to manage thru influence and teaming
- Must be willing to work onsite in McKinney TX
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred
- Experience in a regulated environment and familiarity with aerospace certification standards (e.g. AS9100 TSO MILSTD DO160 MILSTD810 DO178B/C)
- Engineering experience in design manufacturing quality reliability or aerospace.
- Operations management experience ontimedelivery process control/improvement manufacturing yield and throughput improvements.
- Experience in business capture strategy and sales and DoD Acquisition process
- Supply chain management; sales inventory & operations planning (SIOP); demand and material management.
- 6sigma green/black belt knowledge. Lean Manufacturing /Toyota Production System knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Support cross functional team to diagnose and address cost and schedule performance
issues and shortfalls enabling ontime and onbudget delivery of products and services and enhancing Raytheons competitive position.
This includes:
- Metrics review with Integrated Product Team Leaders and Cost Account Managers to assist in ontime and cost compliant tasking
- Provide analysis to ensure teams are staffed to plan assignments are clearly communicated and forecasting is accurate.
- Earned value starts progress and completes are timely accurate and properly resourced.
- Support Program Reviews to include required contractual EV reporting requirements Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Leadership Team (ELT) meetings
- Support pursuit and order capture activities including strategy development customer contact and influence proposal development and negotiation
- Support program (NRE development of hardware/software and recurring sales)
- meeting financial technical and schedule objectives through management of risks and opportunities
