With a handson approach and strategic insight youll be the goto expert for all things tech supporting the development cycle from ideation to launch.
Your keyjobresponsibilities as theTech LeadinJohannesburgwill include:
- Guide and inspire a team of developers offering mentorship and fostering a collaborative innovationdriven environment.
- Define and implement a robust tech strategy in alignment with product goals balancing performance scalability and security.
- Oversee endtoend project lifecycles coordinating resources timelines and deliverables to ensure successful ontime launches.
- Ensure the highest standards of code quality through regular reviews handson contributions and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with Product Managers Designers and QA to create seamless highperformance gaming solutions that enhance user experience.
- Tackle complex tech challenges introducing new technologies and approaches to keep our clients products at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
Requirements for thisTech Lead jobinJohannesburg:
- 5 years in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role; iGaming or hightraffic tech experience is a plus.
- Proficient in a range of programming languages (such as Java C# JavaScript) and frameworks with a strong command of fullstack development.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a team with excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues balancing shortterm fixes with longterm improvements.
- Eager to explore new tech adapt quickly and contribute to a team thats constantly innovating.
