In this position you will oversee and participate in the care of patients from the community criminal justice system who have diverse psychiatric and behavioral conditions requiring intensive inpatient evaluation and treatment. You will collaborate with staff to ensure consistent care and supervision offering guidance direction and evaluating compliance with forensic center safety protocols. You will serve as an essential resource for nursing staff administration interdisciplinary teams and support services while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Additionally you will provide continuous education and training for personnel and maintain compliance with hospital nursing and forensic policies and procedures.

This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
