Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Run end to  end research projects for clients from various industries (designing questionnaires preparing briefing notes tables specifications processing data preparing reports summarizing research findings and presenting to Clients)
  • Selecting appropriate research tools to answer the clients business questions
  • Participate in research proposals and design
  • Collaborating with the operations team in project
  • Independently communicate with clients
  • Building longterm relationships with existing and new clients by offering and delivering insights tailored to specific needs that support business decisions
  • Expanding the client portfolio and upselling
  • Learn new methodologies (from NielsenIQ learning sources) keeping up to date with the newest solutions for Clients

About You:

As a Senior Customer Success Client Services Executive you will help multinational FMCG companies across geographies decide how best to innovate their products and optimize their profit.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
  • Bachelors Degree holder in fields such as Marketing Business Economics Statistics Social Sciences Psychology or related disciplines
  • About 2 years of working experience in Market Research or related field
  • Experience with data analysis statistics and market research techniques
  • Strong analytical and consultative mindset excellent numerical skills and attention to details
  • Interest in customer market research (particularly shopper behavior purchasing patterns decisionmaking processes and factors influencing consumer choices)
  • Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication 
  • Excellent organization and timemanagement and the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of using advanced Excel Powerpoint
  • Comfortable working in a digitalenabled environment with proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion sensitivity and care
