Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Associate you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchase providing information about available models and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage appointments from internet leads referrals walkins and marketing campaigns.
- Assess customer needs preferences and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives highlighting features and benefits.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the dealerships inventory.
- Guide customers through the sales process up to vehicle selection ensuring a smooth handoff to Finance and Sales Managers.
- Follow up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update skills through training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Sales experience in a commission or quotadriven role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background checks MVR drug test and valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous German automotive sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Additional Information :
Compensation (Draw / Uncapped Commission):
- $5000 to $12000 / month
- If meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals

- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Weekend availability required
- Sundays off
