Job Description

- This is a fulltime position with overtime in the busy season.
- Dispatched from home local travel & weekly pay

Responsibilities
- Execute service or Installers work completion as directed by dispatcher
- Paid travel up to 23 hours daily and return home at night.
- Efficiently manage Company assigned vehicle and tools.
- Lead and train HVACs Techs to effectively to troubleshoot & complete service work for clients.
- Utilize service platform application for work orders time tracking and reports.
- Perform various job site duties effectively including troubleshooting of RTUs Air cooled Screw/Scroll Chillers up to 200 tons low voltage controls and EMS systems as well as part replacement maintenance tasks and pipe brazing while adhering to safety policies.
- Assist in training others in job site duties.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on the job site.
- Conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner in all tasks.
- Dedicate efforts to maintaining the highest level of workmanship at every level both individually and as a team.
Requirements
45 years of Commercial HVAC Tech Troubleshoot and maintain package units high chillers pump towers cooling towers control systems Mechanical skills required to work on a variety of complex HVAC systems including fans compressors motor bearings refrigeration circuits burner set up heat wheels etc. Must have current OSHA 10 Training. Comfortable working around 5ton to 200ton package rooftop units. Able to work on screw scroll centrifugal chillers both servicing Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Prepare for onsite installation.
Install and repair commercial HVAC systems.
Document work and provide technical support to customers.
Work with equipment including Rooftop Units Chillers Cooling Towers Packaged Air Conditioners Computer Room AC Equipment Control Systems Air Handling/Fan Coil Units Condensers/Chilled Water Pumps Refrigerated Air Dryers Air Compressors Exhaust Fans Ice Machines Variable Frequency Drives and Humidifiers.
- Lift & move 75 lbs
- Have hand tools
- 4 years experience working with or installing commercial HVAC systems and Chiller experience
- Will need experience with refrigeration equipment wiring schematics and low voltage controls chillers and packaged HVAC equipment.
- Universal EPA certified (HVAC Tech)
- Journeyman HVAC preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record.
