standard procedure for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.
and take inventory on regular basis.
clear and organized records to ensure all reports and supplier invoices are filed
and stored properly.
to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
for the daytoday check on the storage facilities and maintain housekeeping.
acceptance of damaged unacceptable or incorrect items.
cleanliness of all areas keeping storage areas clean & tidy.
the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter the Inventory/Materials Management System.
all supplier invoices using the GP system.
with others using clear and professional language.
up on documentation of afterhours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
to Company Health and Safety procedures particularly.
inventory audits to determine inventory levels.
the Accounts Payable Clerk / payable assistant in finding out any cost discrepancies.
requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
all requisitions daily and update the inventory management software/system.
closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.
High School /Diploma
UPDA Certificate is plus
Minimum 78 years experience
Familiar with requirements of QP and QCHEM
Working Knowledge in MS office
Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
NOC required
Qatar Driving License
Full-Time
