Position: Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury Specialist

Job Description
The Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury Specialist is responsible for driving financial transformation initiatives within the organization specifically through SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury solutions. This role requires extensive experience in SAP Finance and Treasury modules with proven expertise in managing S/4HANA migration projects from planning through to successful implementation.
This professional will act as a strategic advisor for finance transformation collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver highquality SAP solutions that meet organizational financial objectives. With over 12 years of experience the Senior Specialist will bring insights into SAP finance best practices enhance process efficiencies and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities
S/4HANA Migration and Implementation
o Lead the S/4HANA migration efforts for Finance and Treasury including blueprinting system configuration data migration and integration with other SAP modules.
o Develop and execute a migration strategy that ensures minimal disruption to financial operations and aligns with business goals.
o Coordinate testing phases (unit integration UAT) to ensure smooth transition to S/4HANA Finance and Treasury modules.
Finance and Treasury Process Optimization
o Analyze current finance and treasury processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices through S/4HANA functionalities.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions for cash management liquidity planning and financial risk management.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
o Act as a primary liaison for Finance and Treasury transformation ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing stakeholder expectations.
o Prepare and deliver reports on project status risk assessment and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and finance stakeholders.
Compliance and Risk Management
o Ensure all S/4HANA Finance and Treasury configurations comply with industry regulations and organizational policies.
o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential issues in financial reporting data integrity and compliance during the migration process.
Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging insights gained from S/4HANA migration to optimize finance and treasury processes.
o Mentor and provide training for internal teams on S/4HANA Finance and Treasury best practices enhancing organizational capability.

Primary Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
o 12 years of experience in SAP Finance and Treasury with at least 3 years specializing in S/4HANA Finance and Treasury modules.
o Proven track record in leading S/4HANA migration projects within finance and treasury functions.
S/4HANA Finance and Treasury Expertise:
o Indepth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Treasury modules including cash management asset accounting liquidity planning and financial risk management.
o Strong experience with S/4HANA migration methodologies including data migration configuration testing and integration.
Strategic Vision:
o Ability to align S/4HANA finance transformation initiatives with organizational strategy and financial objectives.
Project Management Skills:
o Proficient in project management for SAP implementations including planning budgeting and resource management.

o Expertise in regulatory compliance and financial risk management with the ability to implement SAP solutions that meet industry standards.
